A Fashion Page Makeover, The Prettiest Yellow Top, Style Crush- Victoria Beckham

I want to give a nice warm welcome to our newest resident photographer and photo editor, John Rounds. He took shots of this entire post and one coming up next week. I can't wait to share more of his shots with you over the coming days and months. John truly believes there is something beautiful in capturing the special moments in someone’s life.  His photography has the ability to bring you back to a special place, a walk down memory lane, to life’s most joyful times. I am honored to be able to work with such an amazing photographer. Please browse John Rounds' website at  for more information about John, his portfolio, and the recent happenings on his blog.

Leave your coat at home when you're stepping out in a yellow statement-maker like this. Granted, it's not for the style-shy, but a good bold color piece will never look dated. I was hoping to achieve a ladylike look, polished, never fashion victim. My favorite style shortcut is classic clothes with trendy accessories. I hope you enjoy this look and stay warm through this frigid catastrophe of a weather.

Special thank you to Holly at Clementine Salon in Bethlehem for letting me change for my second look :).   Loved your little place!

Style Crush: Victoria Beckham

It's been a long time since Victoria Beckham has enchanted the world for the first time as Posh from Spicegirls! Since then, she made it her mission to redefine her success in fashion industry .  Of course being married to a timeless hottie like David Beckham did not hurt. The rest is history. Below are my favorite looks by this tiny little woman who I absolutely adore!

Don't forget to click on the WEEKLY OUTFIT PLANNER for this week's wardrobe inspiration featuring fun pieces like floral, pleated skirt that is so "in" this season!

Wild One

Winter dark days are still ahead of us but many women out there embrace it with colors, prints. bold jewelry statements and mini leather skirts.  This is my interpretation of this brand new elegance and effortlessness.

Bag:DVF, Vest: Zara, Cardigan: H&M, Blouse: H&M, Necklace: H&M, Bracelet: Palm Beach, Skirt: IRO, Tights: Hue, Boots: Forever 21, Sunglasses: H&M

There is something appealing and almost irresistible about the "cheap," big, statement necklaces. I just love wearing them with collar, button down blouses and skin tight dresses.  Below is another look that features great oversize necklace by Sam Edelman and super comfortable vest by Stella+Lorenzo.

Necklace: Sam Edelman, Vest: Stella+Lorenzo, Sunglasses: Saint Laurent, Blouse: Spell, Skirt: Sally La Pointe, Bag: Sanctuary, Watch: Shinola, Boots: Raport.

Even the most dramatic looks can still be cozy and have a comfy appeal. In the look below featured are super funky but still girlie Stella McCartney sunglasses that I absolutely adore, cropped, leopard printed Dolce & Gabbana top and an amazing Sam Edelman faux fur vest.

Sunglasses: Stella McCartney, Top: Dolce & Gabbana, Vest: Sam Edelman, Necklace: Jewel Box Station, Bag: Marc by Marc Jackobs, Bracelet: Anndra Neen, Skirt: Adam Lippes, Boots: AKIRA

Another  "I am woman attitude" look.
